From leave request to timesheet, one place
Requests, approvals, balances, the public holiday calendar and documents. Managers see only their own team; sensitive documents are open only to authorized HR roles.
A request takes a few fields
The employee picks a leave type, enters dates and writes a reason. The form adapts to the selected type.
- Annual, sick, marriage, bereavement, paternity, maternity, nursing, job search, unpaid and excuse leave
- Excuse leave can be requested by the day or by the hour
- A reason is required; a second request with overlapping dates is blocked
- Per-type limits are enforced on the server, so a request that bypasses the form is rejected too

Approval moves step by step
A request moves through your company's approval chain in order. A manager sees and decides only on their own team's requests.
- Employees see their request status (pending, approved, rejected) right away
- A decision note can be added
- Requests outside a person's authority never appear in their list

Balances calculate themselves
Annual leave entitlement is calculated from seniority, and approved annual leave is deducted from the balance. No manual spreadsheet needed.
- The leave year follows each employee's hire anniversary
- Hourly excuse leave and other leave types do not reduce the annual balance
- Employees see their remaining entitlement on their own screen

Weekends and public holidays are not counted
For annual leave, the number of days is calculated automatically from the work calendar. The public holiday calendar belongs to your company.
- Weekends are considered for white-collar staff, and shift-plan days off for blue-collar staff
- The approver clearly sees how many days will be deducted

Deducted: 0 days
Medical reports are kept safe
Documents such as a sick note can be attached to a request. Only the employee and authorized HR roles can see them.
- A document uploaded by the employee is “Under review”; HR approves it or rejects it with a reason
- The employee is notified if a document is rejected
- Managers cannot open the document; they only see that one exists
- Viewing someone else's document is written to the audit log

It flows into the timesheet automatically
Approved leave days appear as leave in the timesheet, so they are not miscounted as missing hours at month end.
- Hourly excuse leave is deducted from that day's planned hours
- The employee detail page lists all past leave and document statuses
