Scope
This policy applies to people who visit www.pulsehrapp.com or request a demo. The data controller is Pulse HR. Contact: info@pulsehrapp.com.
What we collect
Information you enter in the demo form: company name, full name, work email, phone (optional), employee count, modules of interest and any message.
Technical logs for security and operation: IP address, browser information and request time. These are kept only for the security and operation of the site.
Why we use it
To respond to your demo request, to contact you and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Limited sharing with infrastructure providers we use to run the service (web hosting, email delivery and bot verification). Some of these providers may be outside Turkey, in which case we follow the cross-border transfer rules of the applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted or anonymized. They are deleted earlier on request.
