The whole company calendar in one place
Plan events, trainings and public holidays on one calendar. Collect RSVPs and let reminders go out on their own.
One calendar for the whole company
Company events, public holidays and training deadlines appear on the same calendar. Switch between month view and list view.
- Search by category and text
- Recurring events: daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly

Reaches the right people
An event is open to the whole company or to selected departments. Employees see only the events that concern them.
- Birthdays and work anniversaries are visible only to managers and HR
- Approved leave shows on the calendar without the reason
- Employees see only their own leave and training dates

RSVPs and capacity
Employees answer “attending” or “not attending”. When capacity is full a waiting list opens; when a seat frees up, the next person moves up automatically.
- You can set an RSVP deadline
- Employees see only the total count; HR, the organizer and managers (for their own team) see the list
- Employees can also respond from the mobile app
Capacity: 24 people

Reminders go out on their own
Attendees get an email 24 hours before the event, and people who have not replied get one before the RSVP deadline. If an event changes or is cancelled, everyone concerned is notified.
- No reminder goes to people who said “not attending”
- Events can be added to a personal calendar as an .ics file
- Add a meeting link, an agenda and attachments (PDF, Office documents, images)

Conflict warning
While planning an event, HR sees how many people are on leave or off shift at that time. The warning does not block anything; the decision is yours.
- Leave and shift data are used only if those modules are enabled
- Hourly leave and overnight shifts are compared by time range
