Clock in and out with a QR code on your phone
A screen at the workplace shows a QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds, and the employee scans it with the mobile app. Location is verified and records flow into the timesheet. No fingerprint or face data is collected.
Scanning a QR code is enough
A screen at the entrance shows a dynamic QR code. The employee opens the app and scans it, and the clock-in or clock-out is recorded.
- The QR refreshes every 30 seconds; a photo of it is useless after half a minute
- One app for iOS and Android
- Each record is verified on the server before it is stored
Clock in/out
Location verification
When clocking in or out, the phone's location is compared with the area defined for the workplace.
- A separate area is defined for each workplace location
- Use of fake location (mock location) is detected
Location check
Outside the areaFake attempts are logged
Suspicious attempts do not pass silently; HR sees them in the fraud log.
- A QR code is single-use and cannot be scanned twice
- Invalid or already-used QR values are rejected

No biometric data is collected
Clock-in verification uses QR and location. Fingerprint or face data is neither collected nor stored.
- The device's own fingerprint/PIN can be used for the app lock; PulseHR never sees or stores it
- It lightens your KVKK obligations
